American paedophile held in TN

Yesterday Alan Jay Horowitz,a paedophile,who had been on paroloe in the United States and then had come to India on a flase passport was arrested by the local police in Tamilnadu in India.this person had sexually abused his stepson and after serving a sentence of 15 years in New York's Oneida Prison,was let out on parole.immediately he got a false passport and came from Banglore to Tamilnadu where he checked into a resort on the Mahabalipuram beach.a red corner notice had been issued against Horowitz,on receipt of which the american cousulate immediately informed the Indian authorities about this.soon the Indian police swung into aciton and the rest is already news.i for one am really glad that the indian authorities are taking the matter of paedophilia very seriously.many,many foreigners come into India and sexually abuse the poor children,like the ragpickers without any concern for them whatsoever.it is high time that the Indian law established a stringent form of punishment for such activities taking place on Indian soil!
